Bliss Organic Glow Rongo wants customers to know what they are ordering before payment. Because many beauty, fragrance and fashion items have changing stock, orders should be confirmed with Bliss before payment or dispatch.

Before you pay

• Confirm the exact product or package, quantity, size, scent, colour or design.
• Confirm current availability and the final price.
• Confirm the delivery charge and destination.
• For perfume business packages, any substitution must be communicated and agreed before payment or dispatch.

Returns and exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was confirmed, contact Bliss as soon as reasonably possible through the official WhatsApp number shown on this website. Include your order details and clear photographs where appropriate.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, used or tampered-with cosmetics, personal-care products and fragrance products generally cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind. Fashion items must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were supplied to be considered for an exchange or return.

Any return, exchange or refund remains subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the order.

Pre-loved handbags

Pre-loved handbags may show normal signs of prior use. Bliss will communicate the known condition of an item before payment. Please review available photographs or request a WhatsApp video call before confirming your order.

Perfume business packages

Package contents are subject to availability. If a listed scent or component is unavailable, Bliss will communicate any proposed substitution for agreement before payment or dispatch. Business packages are stock bundles for resale; they do not guarantee sales, revenue or profit.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are normally confirmed separately based on destination and are not refundable once a delivery service has been completed, except where required by applicable law or where Bliss agrees otherwise because of an order error.
