These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Bliss Organic Glow Rongo website and to orders arranged through the website, WhatsApp or other official Bliss channels. By placing a confirmed order, you agree to the terms that apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

1. Business and contact

The store is operated as Bliss Organic Glow Rongo, based in Rongo Town, Kenya. Official contact options are provided through the Contact & Inquiry page.

2. Product information and availability

Bliss aims to describe products and packages accurately. Beauty, fragrance, fashion and pre-loved stock may change quickly. Product availability, current price, size, scent, colour, design, condition and package contents should be confirmed before payment.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item or collection as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting and changing stock can affect appearance.

3. Prices and currencies

The store’s base currency is Kenyan Shillings (KES). Unless Bliss expressly confirms a different settlement currency, the final order amount and payment instructions are confirmed in KES before payment.

Delivery charges are normally separate unless a product or promotion expressly states that delivery is included.

4. Order confirmation

Submitting an inquiry, clicking a WhatsApp button or viewing a product does not by itself create a completed sale. An order is confirmed only after Bliss has confirmed the relevant product or package, availability, final price, delivery arrangements and payment instructions.

5. Payments

Use only the official payment details supplied by Bliss for the confirmed order. Customers should verify the recipient or business details before sending payment. Bliss is not responsible for money sent to an unofficial account or contact that was not supplied through an authorised Bliss channel, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Perfume business packages

Perfume business package contents are subject to availability. Any proposed substitution will be communicated and agreed before payment or dispatch.

Business packages provide stock and supplies for resale. Bliss does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, customer demand or recovery of the purchase price. Business results depend on factors such as selling price, operating costs, location, customer demand and individual effort.

7. Beauty and personal-care information

8. Delivery
